Windies name replacement squad



Floyd Reifer, who played four Tests between 1997 and 1999, has been named captain of West Indies to face Bangladesh in the first Test.


West Indies have announced a second-string team in the first Test against Bangladesh on Thursday following a boycott by the West Indies Players'. 11 players arrived in St Vincent and trained at the Arnos Vale Ground on Wednesday afternoon and the West Indies board announced a 15-man squad later in the day.

DAY 1:

The match between england and Australia all over world knows about this Ashes battle this is not any causual match they plye for pride both teams never let down at any point of time.1st test match in that series has been started in Cardiff.England ended up the day with som good total of 336/7.Petereson played a good knock of 69 and coolingwood played as well a good innings with 64 runs.Both these batsmen kept the team to reach a good total with there partnership.another good knock from Prior England wicket keeper reached his 50 runs.we have to wait and see what will be the game on day 2.

Day 2:

On day 2 England came to bat they are allout for 435 runs on 2nd day and Australia started of there 1st Innings they lost Hughes wicket and the captain came out to bat with Katich and both have settled in the crease both have put the Australia in top position on the end of Day 2.Katich came to the squad after the Big man Hayden gave his retirement.He is very good batsmen in the test cricket as well in ODIs also.He made is 1st Ashes century and 8th in his carier.On the other side Ricky Ponting highest centuries in Austrlaia side made and again he reaches his 38th Test hundred.With this Australia is in Good position in the 1st test on Day 2.

Day 3:

On day3 Australia hold the grip in the test match.Both the Batsmen Haddin and North finished there centuries and put the Austrlia in the TOP POSITION with the huge total of 674 runs they declared there 1st Innings on Day4.

Day 4:

Austrlai have declared there 1st Innings and put england to Bat for there 2nd innings and they lost 2 early wickets and kept pressure on the home Team.On day4 england finish the there 2nd innings with the loss of 2 wicket Petersend and Strauss in the crease.we have to wait and see the what will happen on Day 5.

Day 5:
They have started there Final day of the 1sy test match and they have lost there danger man petersen and captain strauss and they are in big trouble and collingwood played some good innings to keep the england withn some confidence.with collingwood flintoff and swann plyes for some time in the last session they lost 9 wickets and they have some 10 more overs left but for england they have only one wicket in hand Panesar and Andreson are in the crease they made some 16 runs partnership to put the england away from the loss in a dramatic situation.
